Ecco perché il nostro sistema di asciugare é dotato di un esclusivo processo antibatterico che disinfetta lo scarpone in profondità, fin nell'interno dell'imbottitura in schiuma. Così i nostri scarponi sono sempre in condizioni igieniche perfette.

LAMINE

Spesso sono le condizioni delle lamine a rendere più o meno divertente una giornata sulla neve. Per poterle affilare sempre nel modo migliore abbiamo adottato una nuova tecnologia, attraverso l'utilizzo del robot "MONTANA". Questo processo garantisce una perfetta qualità delle lamine e ne aumenta inoltre la durata: il profilo in acciaio viene infatti interamente rettificato fino alla punta, mantenendo inalterata la presa della lamina per un periodo più lungo rispetto ai processi tradizionali.

La rettifica a pietra conferisce allo sci una superficie scorrevole assolutamente piana ed un'impronta corretta che, oltre a migliorare le proprietà sulla neve farinosa, consente allo sciatore di mantenere il completo controllo dello sci anche su piste ghiacciate.  

SULLE PISTE IN SICUREZZA

La capacità di curvatura dipende direttamente dalle proprietà di scorrevolezza della soletta. Ecco perché si dice che uno sci sciolinato bene e regolarmente curva senza problemi, mentre uno sci raramente sciolinato ha maggiori difficoltà. Una soletta non sciolinata può perdere in un anno, a causa dell'ossidazione provocata dall'ossigeno contenuto nell’aria, fino al 30-40% della sua capacità di scorrevolezza.  

RIPARAZIONE DELLA SOLETTA

Se uno sci non scivola o non curva bene, la causa à spesso da attribuire ad una soletta segnata: un problema che si può risolvere solo con una riparazione professionale. La fusione completa fra il materiale di riparazione ed il rivestimento originale fa sì che lo sci ritorni come nuovo.

Der Innenschuh umhüllt den Fuß wie eine zweite Haut. Dadurch wird jede Bewegung optimal übertragen. Aber es können auch Mikrokörper in den Innenschuh eindringen, die oft die Auslöser von Hautinfektionen sind.

Trocknen allein reicht nicht aus!

Daher läuft exklusiv in all unseren Trocknungssystemen ein Desinfektionsprozeß ab, der die Schuhe bis ins Innere des Schaumgummibelags desinfeziert. Damit sind unsere Leihskischuhe immer hygienisch frisch!

KANTENSCHLIFF

Oft entscheidet die richtige Schärfe der Kante darüber, wie angenehm ein Skitag verläuft. Um diese Schärfe bieten zu können, haben wir eine neue Schleiftechnologie eingesetzt. Der Kantenschliff mit Keramikscheiben "ceramic disk finish” von Wintersteiger garantiert eine perfekte Oberflächenqualität der seitlichen Kanten. Der Kantenschliff mittels Keramikscheiben macht möglich, dass Kanten länger perfekt bleiben. Da die Stahlkante tatsächlich bis zur effektiven Spitze völlig plan geschliffen wird, bleibt der Kantengriff länger erhalten als bei herkömmlichen Verfahren.

Steinschliff verleiht dem Ski eine absolut plane Lauffläche und die richtige Struktur. Das wirkt sich nicht nur auf die Fahreigenschaft im Pulverschnee positiv aus, sondern der Skiläufer hat die Skier auch auf eisigen Pisten sicher in Griff.  

SICHERHEIT BEIM SKIFAHREN

Die leichte Drehbarkeit eines Skis ist vom Gleitvermögen der Laufsohle direkt abhängig. Deshalb gilt die Grundregel: Gut und regelmäßig gewachste Ski drehen leichter. Nicht oder nur selten gewachste Skier drehen schlecht. Eine nicht gewachste Skilaufsohle kann durch Oxidation mit Luftsauerstoff innerhalb eines Jahres bis 30-40% ihres Gleitvermögens verlieren.  

BELAGREPARATUR

Oft liegt es nur an einem kleinen Kratzer im Belag, wenn der Ski nicht mehr richtig gleitet und dreht. Dann hilft nuer eines, eine Belagreparatur vom Profi. Durch die feste Verschmelzung des Ausbesserungsmaterials mit dem Originalbelag wird der Ski im Handumdrehen wieder wie neu.
